The views of the lake from the rooms are absolutely breathtaking. the rooms are immaculately clean and huge. - Excellent setting, close to the Chinese restaurant, lake, mountain, golf course in the summer, and skiing resort in the winter.

There were central heating, a safe, and television in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was very close to great view of Lake Toya and the pizza restaurant and another active volcano Mt Usu which exploded in 2000.

The modern rooms with stunning Japanese-chic style offer great views and come equipped with a hairdryer, and the location is fantastic, situated by mountains, trees, and a western restaurant at the top of a hill.

Breathtaking views, affordable mountain golf. Lake view room is awesome, with stunning sunrise. Japanese restaurant staff is great. Awesome breakfast. Resort offers fun activities.

The location of the hotel on top of the hill offers breathtaking views of Lake Toya and the surrounding sea. The rooms are beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds and stunning lake views. The service is excellent, and the outdoor onsen provides an amazing and incredible experience.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, especially when the weather was clear. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. Another positive aspect was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist us with any requests or inquiries. Additionally, the onsen at the hotel was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The hot springs were clean and not crowded, allowing for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

One downside was the limited options for dining at the hotel. While there were a few restaurants to choose from, some of them were quite expensive, making it difficult to find affordable dining options.

The value for money was great, with a spacious room and exceptional view. The staff treated us warmly, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a larger variety of options.

The hotel was beautiful and in a spectacular location with postcard-perfect views. The selection of restaurants was amazing, with a great whiskey bar and live musicians. The staff at the Japanese restaurant was great and we enjoyed the breakfast. The Korean woman staff was helpful to us.
